Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a fulfilling and impactful contract assignment as a Speech-Language Pathologist serving elementary students for the 2026-2027 school year. This onsite opportunity is designed for driven professionals who thrive in school-based settings and are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children. You’ll work closely with teachers and administrators, supporting communication growth and educational development across one or two school sites with a manageable caseload of 40-60 students.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
• Previous experience in K-12 or elementary school settings preferred
• Familiarity with school-based SLP service delivery models
• Strong collaboration skills for engaging with interdisciplinary teams
• Passion for supporting young learners’ speech and language needs
• Ability to adapt to varying caseload requirements and manage documentation efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy to students with communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with school staff
• Maintain timely and accurate session notes, progress updates, and compliance with state/federal regulations
• Communicate effectively with parents and educators regarding student progress
• Support generalization of communication skills across educational environments
