This role requires deep expertise in disaster recovery planning, business continuity, risk management, and enterprise infrastructure resilience across global, multi-site environments.RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week out of our office in Miami, FL.What You'll Do:Lead enterprise Disaster Recovery (DR) strategy, governance, and program executionDefine and implement application tiering, business impact analysis (BIA), RTO, and RPO frameworksDrive enterprise-wide DR testing, validation, and failover exercisesPartner with Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Application teams to ensure resilience Establish DR metrics, KPIs, and executive reporting dashboardsAlign DR program with NIST, ISO 22301, and ITIL frameworksOversee risk assessments, gap analysis, and remediation planningIntegrate DR capabilities into broader cybersecurity and business continuity programsWhat You'll Bring:5+ years of experience in Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, or Infrastructure EngineeringProven leadership in enterprise DR program development and executionExpertise in RTO/RPO design, high availability, backup/recovery, and failover architecturesExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructureStrong knowledge of NIST, ISO 22301, ITIL, and risk management frameworksExperience leading cross-functional initiatives in global environmentsExperience in QSR, retail, or franchise-based global organizationsCertifications such as CBCP, DRII, or ITILExperience with CMDB, service mapping, and dependency modeling toolsFamiliarity with cybersecurity operations and incident response integrationExecutive communication and stakeholder managementStrategic thinking and program leadershipRisk-based decision makingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to influence across technical and business teamsBenefits at all of our global offices are focused on physical, mental and financial wellness.
