Position: Salesforce Program Manager

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Program Manager to lead large-scale, enterprise Salesforce implementation and transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing cross-functional technical teams, enterprise Salesforce initiatives, Agile/SAFe methodologies, governance, budgets, risks, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead large-scale, transformative Salesforce and IT programs from initiation through successful delivery.
Define program objectives, scope, success criteria, governance structure, schedules, and budgets.
Manage multiple technical teams and provide program, technology, and methodology leadership.
Partner with business and IT executives to establish priorities, align scope, and define critical success factors.
Identify, track, and mitigate program risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers.
Manage program financials, schedules, resources, vendors, and contracts.
Establish and maintain program governance, steering committees, monitoring, and reporting.
Drive Agile/SAFe practices across cross-functional teams.
Track team velocity and iteration progress and continuously improve team productivity.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus and decisions.
Communicate program benefits, value, progress, risks, and outcomes to customers and executive leadership.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Drive long-term strategies and independently identify and implement solutions.
Ensure successful delivery of enterprise-level Salesforce transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related technical field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of technical/project-related experience.
5+ years managing Salesforce implementation projects.
6+ years of Project Management and Agile Management experience.
Experience leading 3+ enterprise-level, cross-functional Salesforce transformation programs.
Salesforce Administrator certification.
