Relationship Banker I

Position: Relationship Banker I Location: Shawnee, OK. Responsibilities Maintain comprehensive knowledge of First United Bank products, services, policies, and regulatory requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering personal and professional service across all products. Open new accounts and ancillary products; handle routine inquiries and transactions with accuracy. Promote and cross‑sell products and services through active participation in sales campaigns and community events. Process a variety of deposits, withdrawals, loans, and other transactions while adhering to bank policies and maintaining cash drawer accuracy. Resolve customer complaints, inquiries, and account issues promptly and in accordance with bank procedures. Support team members by mentoring and sharing product knowledge to improve overall customer experience. Qualifications High school diploma; some college strongly preferred. Preferred one year of retail or cash‑handling experience. Strong customer service skills and a basic math aptitude. Excellent communication, time‑management, and judgment skills. Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently. Commitment to professionalism, ethical conduct, and continuous improvement.
