Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the unique mental health needs of clients, crafting individualized treatment plans that guide therapy.

  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic services across diverse formats including one-on-one sessions, group therapy, and family counseling, employing a broad range of therapeutic modalities tailored to individual concerns.

  • Work in tandem with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate a holistic treatment approach, ensuring continuity of care and optimal outcomes.

Qualifications\n

  • Possession of an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

  • A completed master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

  • Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity in working with clients from a variety of ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
