Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLeasing Consultant – Tampa, FLLocation: Tampa, FLPosition: Leasing ConsultantSchedule: Must be available to work Saturday AND SundayCertified Apartment Staffing is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant for an apartment community in the Tampa area. We are looking for someone who is professional, personable, sales-driven, and has previous multifamily leasing experience.RequirementsPrevious apartment/multifamily leasing experience requiredStrong customer service and communication skillsStrong sales and closing skillsProfessional and friendly personalityAbility to conduct property tours and effectively present the communityComfortable following up with prospective residentsStrong organization and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMust be available to work both Saturday and SundayReliable transportation and dependable attendanceKey SkillsLeasing & SalesCustomer ServiceLead Follow-UpProblem SolvingCommunicationRelationship BuildingClosing SkillsResident RelationsOrganizationIf you have previous multifamily leasing experience and are available for weekend work, we want to hear from you!
