Your Role:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents' health, reporting changes to the RN or physician
• Foster a compassionate and respectful atmosphere for residents and their families
• Document care accurately and maintain compliance with regulations

What You Bring:

• Current LPN license in the state of Ohio
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• A positive attitude and commitment to resident-centered care
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
