Production Operator : Lena, Illinois

Our customer in Lena, Illinois is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We're recruiting  Production Operators to work full-time on 1st shift . As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective operation of the production line within a food manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for operating production equipment, performing quality checks, and supporting the production of high-quality cheese products while maintaining strict safety and sanitation standards

Responsibilities of the  Production Operator :

• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient production and optimal performance.
• Conduct routine quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
• Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
• Lift, move, and handle materials and product throughout the production process.
• Adhere to all food safety, quality, and workplace safety requirements.
• Assist with production line changeovers and general production support as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

Production Operator   Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds safely and repeatedly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Pay for  Production Operator : Starting at $19/hour.
