Receive, inspect, store, and ship materials Pick, pull, and prepare customer orders Perform quality control inspections on incoming and outgoing products Enter inventory and shipping information into our ERP system Complete shipping and receiving paperwork accurately Identify and report inventory or quality issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse Operate a forklift (certification required or willingness to become certified) Follow company safety procedures and standard operating processes Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned What We're Looking For Previous warehouse experience preferred Intermediate computer skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to complete warehouse paperwork neatly and correctly Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and dependable work ethic Ability to learn warehouse procedures and quality control processes Physical Requirements Lift up to 75 lbs Stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull throughout the workday Work comfortably in a warehouse environment Additional Information Forklift certification required or ability to obtain certification after hire Occasional travel may be required (less than 5%) About Southern Staircase Southern Staircase, part of Edge Building Solutions, is a trusted leader in designing, building, and installing premium staircase and handrail systems for residential and commercial builders.
