Position Overview Calling All Dogs & Cats is seeking reliable, animal-loving individuals to join our team on a part-time, contract basis. Flexible, part-time work that fits your schedule Work independently while caring for pets in your community Be part of a trusted, client-focused pet care team Key Responsibilities Walk dogs in a safe, timely, and professional manner Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all pets in your care Follow specific instructions provided by pet owners (leash handling, feeding, medications if applicable) Provide fresh water and basic care during visits Clean up after pets during walks Communicate updates to clients (photos, notes, or app updates if applicable) Report any concerns regarding pet behavior or health Maintain punctuality and reliability for scheduled visits Qualifications Previous experience with dogs or pet care preferred Comfortable handling dogs of various sizes, breeds, and temperaments Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule Strong communication and customer service skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in pet sitting, dog walking, or animal care Experience administering medications (a plus, not required) Physical Requirements Ability to walk multiple dogs per day in various weather conditions Ability to handle dogs that may pull on leash Ability to stand, walk, and be active for extended periods Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Referral program #J-18808-Ljbffr
