Ticket Seller

Part-Time Ticket SellersPart-Time Ticket Sellers are responsible for the sale and distribution of event tickets at the ticket office for games, shows, and events. In this role, Ticket Sellers will learn and efficiently use VSG ticket selling platforms as well as assist guests in the selection of seats for events and games. This is a part-time opportunity with flexible work shifts, and opportunities to work at Benchmark International Arena, Yuengling Center, and Raymond James Stadium.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide all guests a positive first impression by offering world-class serviceGreet guests in a polite, professional, and friendly mannerCourteous, helpful demeanor when answering phonesMaintain composure when interacting with all guestsEnsure guests' needs are met by providing accurate information regarding directions, arena information, event details, etc.Obtain general knowledge of ticket selling platform and mobile ticket platformTroubleshoot any ticketing mattersPerform other related duties as assignedQualificationsOne year of guest service experience preferredComply with VSG company policy of background checksMaintain an energetic, pleasant, and neat professional appearanceMust be polite, friendly and possess exceptional customer relations skillsPunctual, dependable, and excellent work attendance requiredAbility to relate with a diverse customer backgroundAdaptable to work independently or in a team environmentAbility to multitask and work well under pressurePrevious cash handling experiences (up to $200) preferredAbility to work at various locations including but limited to: Benchmark International Arena, Yuengling Center, and Raymond James StadiumWorking ConditionsMust be able to stand on feet for long periods of time, walk long distances and climb stairs.Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely in the English languageAbility to work in areas that can become crowded with equipment and/or peopleAbility to work comfortably around special effects including, but not limited to: haze, strobe lights, lasers, etc.Ability to work in loud environmentsAbility to lift and carry up to 25lbsMust be able to walk up to 0.5 miles to and from designated employee parking areas, including in varying weather conditions and during high-traffic event timesMust have the ability to work a flexible schedule including long hours, nights, weekends, and holidaysMust be able to work in cold/hot indoor and outdoor temperaturesWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
