About the Role Green Boy Group is looking for a Quality Coordinator to join the Quality Team at our DTLA office! The Quality Coordinator is responsible for supporting the food safety and product quality systems of the company and will work closely with our Quality Specialist and Global Quality Manager. Green Boy Group currently specializes in plant based ingredients so a strong understanding and interest in this field will be highly valued. Technical, specific ingredient functionality and application knowledge will be developed as you get to know our portfolio and the industry. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Food Quality or equivalent 0 to 3 years of related experience Experience communicating with external stakeholders (suppliers and customers) High attention to detail Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) Preferred Qualifications Administrative or document control experience Knowledge of the food quality control industry Demonstrated ability to work across multiple challenging projects as a cross functional team member A commitment to providing the highest quality product to strict customer specifications Responsibilities Lead the packing, shipment, registration and communication of product samples to potential customers Create QA/QC documents (Certificate of Analysis, Specification Sheets, etc.) Maintain up to date food safety and product quality documentation Ensure all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards Sort, store and retrieve electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients and industry professionals #J-18808-Ljbffr Green Boy Group
