Emergency Veterinarian

Baytown Animal Hospital – Baytown, TX

Compensation: $180,000–$220,000 base+ (base + production, based on experience and performance)
Full-Time Benefits Include: PTO, production bonuses, CE allowance, relocation assistance, flexible scheduling, and professional development support

We are seeking a confident and motivated Emergency Veterinarian who enjoys managing urgent and complex cases while working in a supportive, well-equipped hospital.

As an Emergency Veterinarian at Baytown Animal Hospital, you will:

• Manage emergencies and urgent care cases

• Perform diagnostics and develop treatment plans

• Interpret imaging and laboratory results

• Communicate clearly and confidently with clients

• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records

• Collaborate with a strong technician team to deliver efficient care

• Strong technician and senior technician support

• Access to advanced equipment (Ultrasound, Endoscopy, in-house lab, CT)

• Efficient workflow designed to support doctor productivity

• Privately owned — no corporate restrictions

• Leadership that values autonomy, accountability, and growth

• DVM or equivalent degree (licensed or eligible in Texas)

• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills

• Ability to handle emergency and urgent care cases confidently

• Team-oriented with a high level of professionalism
