Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite | 7:30 AM–2:40 PM Position Type: FMLA Leave | November 9, 2026–February 25, 2027 About the Opportunity AnthroMed Education is partnering with a collaborative middle school in the Wellesley, MA to welcome a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an FMLA leave opportunity from November 9, 2026 through February 25, 2027. This role provides the opportunity to support approximately 25 students in grades 6–8 while working closely with an interdisciplinary team and dedicated support staff. The incoming BCBA will receive two days of overlap with the outgoing BCBA to review the caseload, meet students, and connect with the school team to support a smooth transition. What You’ll Do Provide consultation and behavioral support for students in grades 6–8 Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Complete behavioral evaluations and observations Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support student success Review behavioral data and use findings to inform interventions and recommendations Partner with teachers and school staff to support student needs Maintain accurate and timely documentation Approximately25 students Student population: 6th–8th grade Support staff available to graph and analyze collected data Collaborative interdisciplinary team environment Two days of overlap with the outgoing BCBA for caseload transition, student introductions, and team collaboration Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field Experience conducting FBAs, behavioral evaluations, and observations Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills School-based experience preferred Why Join AnthroMed Education Full medical, dental, and vision insurance through UnitedHealthcare 401(k) with 100% employer match up to 3% starting Day 1 Paid parental leave and short-term disability Yearly material stipend and licensure reimbursement Access to CEU resources and professional development opportunities 1:1 support and guidance from AnthroMed's Clinical team A collaborative, supportive, and responsive culture dedicated to your success #J-18808-Ljbffr
