Job Description
We are looking for a very experienced or entry level Heavy Truck Mechanic to join our team! We are a small business with multiple positions available. We stay busy and enjoy providing our customers with quick and reliable repairs to their equipment. We are looking to hire a mobile mechanic for Saturdays and Sundays. We are always working on a wide variety of things from trucks, buses, equipment, generators.
Responsibilities:
- Repair trucks, buses, and occasional equipment
- Drivers license
- Cell Phone
- Willing to work and learn every day
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance
- Understanding of vehicle air conditioning
- Use diagnostic tools to test vehicle components
- Perform quality inspections prior to returning the vehicle to the customer
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a mechanic
- Knowledge of shop equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
