Senior Software Engineer in Test

We're hiring a Senior SDET to support a large, global enterprise client that is a leader in the hospitality industry.

This is a hands-on automation role focused on Java, Playwright, and web/UI testing , with a particular emphasis on automating content publishing workflows and integrations surrounding Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) .

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain automated tests using Java and Playwright
• Automate complex web and UI workflows , including publishing flows within an AEM environment
• Extend and improve existing automation frameworks and project infrastructure
• Identify processes that aren't currently automated and determine creative, scalable ways to automate them
• Troubleshoot and automate UI components that may not have been designed with test automation in mind
• Build test coverage for new and existing workflows while identifying and resolving automation issues
• Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and product teams in a highly matrixed enterprise environment
• Validate integrations surrounding AEM and other web-based internal platforms
• Incorporate API testing where appropriate while maintaining a strong focus on frontend/UI automation

What We're Looking For

• Senior-level experience as an SDET / Automation Engineer
• Significant experience with UI and web automation
• Experience developing, extending, or maintaining test automation frameworks
• Solid understanding of APIs and API testing
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to creatively work around difficult-to-automate controls and workflows
• Experience working within complex enterprise applications and development environments

Nice to Have

Experience in one or more of the following environments is highly valuable:

• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar content management systems
• Content management, publishing, or digital experience platforms
• E-commerce
• Hospitality
• Retail
• Complex enterprise web applications

Direct Adobe development experience is not required. The work is focused more heavily on testing and automating the integrations, UI, and workflows surrounding the AEM ecosystem.
