Active Michigan COTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Ability to follow treatment plans as directed by a supervising Occupational Therapist. Documentation experience with electronic medical records preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0830-1630. Work Schedule: 5x8. Assignment Length: 13 weeks. Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week.
