Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Professional to join our dynamic team. This role requires commitment to high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, operating as part of a level 3 trauma center. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients while adhering to established protocols and guidelines.

Schedule

The position involves working 4 ten-hour shifts per week, from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. A call requirement will be integrated into the schedule, with one call per week from the end of the shift at 5:30 PM until 7:00 AM the following day. Additionally, there will be one weekend call every five weeks, covering either Saturday or Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM the following day.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent care to patients in accordance with established protocols.
Respond promptly to calls from supervisors, ensuring response within 30 minutes.
Collaborate effectively with team members and hospital staff.
Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with hospital policies.

Qualifications

Relevant certification and licensure as required by the position.
Experience in a trauma center or similar healthcare environment is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Commitment to providing compassionate and quality patient care.
