Outpatient Mental Health Therapist / Graduate Intern (EMDR & Play Therapy Focus)

Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality clinical therapy to individuals, children, families, or groups (based on population focus and clinical track). Maintain a mutually agreed-upon schedule with a minimum of 18 available client/work hours per week . Actively participate in required weekly or bi-weekly clinical supervision, team meetings, and peer consult groups. Maintain timely, accurate, and ethical clinical documentation in accordance with state laws and practice standards. Engage in ongoing professional development, particularly in advanced modalities such as EMDR and Play Therapy . Qualifications & Requirements Education: Currently enrolled in an accredited Master’s degree program in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Psychology (for Paid Graduate Interns), or a completed Master’s degree on track for/holding associate licensure (ALC, LMSW, AMFT, pre-licensed, etc.). Specialty Interest: A strong interest or background in learning EMDR or Play Therapy (training support and mentorship available). Schedule & Availability: Ability to work an agreed-upon schedule offering at least 18 available hours per week. Commitment: Willingness to make a 2-year commitment to the practice and your client caseload.
