General Manager

Job Summary

Owns the overall performance of the location - sales, profitability, the team, and the guest experience. The General Manager is accountable for running a store that is noticeably cleaner and better-run than the competition.

Key Responsibilities

Full accountability for daily operations and store results
Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and develop the entire team
Manage the P&L: sales, labor, food cost, and other controllables
Maintain brand, food-safety, and cleanliness standards at all times
Drive local-store marketing, catering, and community involvement
Oversee inventory, vendor ordering, and administrative reporting
Build a positive culture and a bench of promotable talent

Qualifications

2+ years of restaurant management experience (QSR/fast-casual preferred)
Proven leadership and P&L / cost-management results
ServSafe Manager certification (or willingness to obtain)
Must be 18+ with open availability

Physical Requirements

Stand and move for extended periods
Lift up to ~30 lbs
