Activities Assistant

Job details Salary $14 + Job Type: Fulltime Full Medical and Dental, PTO Time. Qualifications High school or equivalent (Required) Responsibilities Operate daily indoor and outdoor recreational services, including seasonal events, fitness classes, athletic games, art groups, karaoke, trivia night, and more. Provide a fun and exciting experience within all resident interactions while meeting or exceeding healthcare standards. All Applicants MUST Have great guest service and communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality Be willing to learn therapeutic recreation in a senior community and be motivated to meet healthcare standards Have strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to speak in large groups Have knowledge and interest in sports and activity rules and regulations Be honest, reliable, responsible individuals with a strong work ethic Be available weekdays and weekends between 9 AM and 5 PM, including holidays; if you cannot work holidays, please do not apply Be able to lift 20 lbs, push wheelchairs, and stand for up to 8 hours or more when qualified for overtime Remain productive during slower business hours and when working alone Have reliable transportation Possess computer and technology skills – MS Office, audio/video streaming platforms Follow instructions and comply with all company standards Benefits Full and part‑time positions available Sign‑on bonus Competitive salary and excellent benefits package Opportunities to advance into other positions Experience No previous experience required High School Diploma preferred or equivalency.
