Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Active Mississippi Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. (Client preference) Must be able to work in an outpatient clinic setting and float to other clinics as needed. (Client requirement) Productivity expectation: approximately 60 visits per week; ability to see 12–14 patients per day and manage double-booked follow-up visits. (Client expectation) OT (overtime) must be approved by clinic director before working extra hours. (Client requirement) 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours. (Client requirement) PT licensees only; PTA candidates are not accepted. (Client requirement) First-time travelers and new graduates will be considered. (Client preference) Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Shift Name: Days. Shift Type: Day shift, primary rate type 8-hour day. Patient Population: Outpatient orthopedics. Float Requirement: Candidate must be willing to float to other clinics when needed. Workload: Expectation to meet productivity target of 60 visits/week and to see 12–14 patients per day; double-booking of follow-up visits expected. Hours Guarantee: 36 hours guaranteed, potential to work up to 40 hours; overtime requires director approval.
