About Our Practice

Our physicians deliver services across various clinics in Southern Arizona, including a fully-owned ambulatory surgery center, an office-based lab, a vein clinic, and partnerships with local hospitals and health systems. This leading cardiovascular practice is recognized for its prominent structural heart and cardiovascular research initiatives, offering opportunities to engage in research and lead clinical trials.

Our collaborative team provides a comprehensive array of diagnostic evaluations, clinical treatments, and surgical interventions, encompassing general and interventional cardiology, cardiothoracic and vascular surgery, and electrophysiology, along with a full suite of in-house ancillary services.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver consultative cardiology services in both office and hospital environments.

• Analyze non-invasive cardiac tests, including echocardiograms, stress tests, and nuclear studies.

• Conduct and interpret EKGs, Holter monitors, and event monitors.

• Work collaboratively with fellow cardiologists and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.

• Participate in the on-call rotation.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation within the electronic health record (EHR).

• Engage in initiatives aimed at quality improvement and practice development.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from a recognized medical institution.

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiovascular Disease.

• Completed a fellowship in Cardiology.

• Possess a current Arizona medical license or be eligible to obtain one.

• Demonstrate excellent clinical, diagnostic, and communication abilities.

• Show a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and ongoing education.

• Preferred expertise in advanced cardiac imaging techniques (e.g., Cardiac MRI, Cardiac CT).
