- State-of-the-art facility with latest equipment/technology including Digital Scanners (iTero).
- Strong flow of new patients & growing base of existing patients.
- Top-quartile income with guarantees & benefits.

- Accelerated roadmap and training for Invisalign & Implants.
- Process-driven, Patient-centric, and Professional organization.
- Complete autonomy on Treatment Planning.
- No HMO means seeing fewer patients yet generating high Production.
- Monday - Friday schedule enabling work-life balance.
- Accredited Dental degree (DDS, DMD).
- We are looking for Doctors with strong work ethic, an outgoing & personable chair-side manner, and the desire to continually learn and become better in Dentistry.
- Salary: $200,000 to $350,000/year.
- Up to $1,200 Daily Minimum Guarantee depending on experience.
- Up to $20,000 Sign-On Bonus for certain locations.
- Production-based Compensation with a potential to make up to $35,000/month.
- Production is not adjusted for any Insurance Adjustments. Our Doctors get compensated on Full Production.
- Malpractice Insurance.
