Community Outreach Nurse
Synergy Home Care is searching for a retired or semi-retired nurse who enjoys networking with hospital and senior communities. This role is flexible and relationship focused.
The desired candidate will:
- Be outgoing and have good rapport with people
- Be organized
- Be self-motivated
- Be clear and concise in all written and verbal communication.
Expectations:
- Meet with and assess potential clients in their own home
- Make and organize referral sources
- Attend networking events, both for business referrals and to meet potential clients
- Other agreed-upon duties as needed
Compensation dependent on experience, with a performance bonus.
