Clinical Dietitian - Full Time - Freeman West

Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week). Responsibilities Provide nutrition care to patients in accordance with physician's diagnoses and regulatory agency requirements. Obtain, analyze, and collate patient information into nutrition care plans and recommendations. Collaborate as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team. Plan, develop, and present nutrition information and programs to patients, staff, and the community. Exercise independent judgment regarding patient nutrition care and complete work assignments.
