Position Overview ARMStaffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a contract position in Morgan Hill, California. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, flexible Employment Type: Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist – New Grad This is a 40‑hour per week contract position with a flexible schedule. Responsibilities Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and utilize clinical reasoning to develop treatment plans. Document all medical records in a clear, concise, and timely manner, in compliance with state and federal guidelines. Ensure patient care is provided under signed, valid physician orders and within insurance approval. Participate in student programs by providing appropriate supervision and completing evaluations. Actively pursue professional development through continuing education and involvement in professional activities. Adhere to all state practice acts and maintain professional licensure in good standing. Understand and apply organizational performance improvement methodologies to enhance service quality. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience preferred. Current CPR Certification. Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
