Executive Medical Director, Oncology Clinical Development (Solid Tumors)

Executive Medical Director overseeing oncology clinical development programs for solid tumors. Leads cross-functional teams in designing, executing, and interpreting clinical trials while ensuring regulatory compliance and advancing product development strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multiple clinical development programs aligned with product development strategy
• Lead clinical study teams, oversee protocol design, and manage safety and efficacy data interpretation
• Ensure study enrollment, timelines, and serious adverse event reporting per policy and regulations
• Develop clinical development plans and chair Clinical Strategy Teams with cross-functional alignment
• Serve as in-house clinical expert and opinion leader liaison for assigned therapeutic area

Requirements

• M.D., D.O., or non-US equivalent with relevant therapeutic specialty
• Residency completion strongly preferred; fellowship desirable
• 5+ years clinical trial experience in pharma, academia, or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex programs independently
• Strong cross-functional leadership and influence skills
• Expertise in clinical trial methodology and regulatory requirements
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills
