Home, Hope and Healing, Inc. is seeking an Employment Coordinator to recruit and onboard paraprofessional staff for our personal care agency program. The role collaborates with the Employment Specialist, handles applicant processing, and ensures accurate documentation within our ATS. Office-based in Smithfield, ME, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in HR or an AS degree with relevant experience, plus strong computer skills and professionalism in #J-18808-Ljbffr Home, Hope and Healing, Inc.
