Toll Collector (Part Time)
Our client in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Toll Collector to join their team. As a Toll Collector, you will be providing Customer Service to those traveling across the Toll Bridge. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and a Team Player attitude. This will align successfully with the organization.
Location: Tacoma, WA
Pay Range: $18.50/hour
Shift Schedule: 16 - 24 hours a week. Must have open availability. Schedule includes nights, mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays.
What's the Job?
- Manages the traffic in lane by classifying each vehicle accurately and collecting the correct toll.
- Provides correct change to cash customers.
- Maintains his/her change fund per Toll Operations procedures.
- Adheres to all policies and procedures and other documents or manuals that relate to Toll Collection Policies and Procedures.
- Adheres to PCI-DSS position requirements as identified in the Toll Bridge Cardholder Data Network Policies and Procedures Manual.
What's Needed?
- At least 6 months of previous cashiering experience
- Customer Service Experience
- Open availability
- Recording, reporting, and depositing of toll revenue.
