OBGYN Opportunity in San Luis Obispo County, California

Established Group | Access to Robotics | Up to 100k in Student Loan Repayment

This OBGYN opportunity offers the chance to join a well-established, community-based practice within a nonprofit health system serving California’s Central Coast. With a longstanding presence in the region, the group provides a stable patient base, modern resources, and a collaborative care environment. The practice is already built, allowing you to step into consistent OB volume with the support needed to focus on patient care.

Practice Details:

• Established group with multiple physicians and APP support in place
• Average of approximately 80 deliveries per month across the group
• Clinical mix of roughly 70% OB and 30% GYN
• Access to Da Vinci robotic surgery and modern clinical resources
• Clinic equipped with an on-site ultrasound and efficient EMR

Schedule:

• Full-time schedule with a mix of clinic and OB coverage
• Shared call rotation of 1:5
• An additional backup call structure is available to earn additional compensation

Compensation & Benefits:

• Generous guaranteed salary with RVU production incentives
• Additional earnings through quality bonus, APP oversight, and paid call
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance included
• Student loan repayment up to 100,000

Candidate Requirements:

• MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Eligible for or currently holding a California medical license
• Interest in a balanced OB/GYN practice within a team-based setting
