Customer Service Associate

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing top-notch support, answering inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Deliver high-quality customer support with quick and accurate responses. Educate clients about our investment options, products, and services. Assist with client account management, ensuring accurate records and issue resolution. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client services and communication.
