CARE 4 SOUL INC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Columbus, OH. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals who need support, companionship, and care. If you have a heart for helping others, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Administer medication reminders and monitor client health conditions
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and errands
- Transport clients to appointments and community activities
- Document and report changes in client condition or behavior to supervisors
- Previous caregiving, home health aide, or personal care experience preferred
- Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
