Job Summary

Duties
- Supports the goals, objectives, and policies of Oroville Hospital and Department of Physical Therapy
- Responsible for assisting with Quality Assurance programs
- Promotes and maintains professionalism within the Department, Hospital and community
- Treats patients under a Physical Therapist's supervision
- Responsible for maintaining appropriate treatment records: treatment plan; short and long term goals; procedural documentation; timely progress notes
- Participates in in-services and continuing education seminars
- Attends and participates in department staff meetings
- Establishes communication with patient's physician and other related disciplines
- Responsible for rotated weekend and holiday coverage
- Maintains a safe and clean environment for peers and patients
- Performs other duties as assigned
