Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding metal components, reading and interpreting blueprints, and ensuring the quality of finished products. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead).

• Inspect and test welded joints to ensure they meet quality and specification standards.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Welder or similar role.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques and equipment (MIG, TIG, Stick).
• Experience with various materials such as steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Welding certification (e.g., AWS) is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
