Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Join EyeMed's event team in Mason, OH, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting open enrollment requests. This full-time, seasonal position offers a unique opportunity to work with key clients and support our in-person event initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage benefit summaries
Conduct thorough plan audits
Coordinate staffing and logistics for client events
Provide comprehensive support for open enrollment events and materials
Assist with various EyeMed projects and initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience
1-3 years of experience in business operations
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong written and oral communication abilities
Meticulous attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Preferences

Advanced knowledge of EyeMed's Sales and Account Management processes
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Background in the insurance industry
Ability to summarize information concisely and provide solutions
