Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Full Time Occupational Therapist for a school setting in Lebanon, TN. In this role, you'll play a critical part in student success by planning, organizing, and delivering occupational therapy services to support student development, rehabilitation, and progress toward IEP goals.Why Join UsCompetitive pay (Up to $50/hour) + steady school-year scheduleW-2 employment with liability insurance includedHealthcare benefits* + 401(k) with company matchReimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expensesMileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonusesWhat You'll DoDemonstrate prompt and regular attendanceEvaluate student abilities across functional areas including oral motor, sensory motor, activities of daily living, fine motor, and postural skillsSelect and administer appropriate assessments and provide direct, consultative, and collaborative therapy servicesParticipate in IEP meetings and support development of student goals and servicesObtain, modify, and document adaptive equipment and supplies as neededInstruct and support staff, parents, and students in therapeutic and follow-up activities at school and homeTrain staff on proper handling, positioning, and use of adaptive/assistive devicesMaintain accurate documentation and records and perform other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForActive (or eligible) Tennessee Occupational Therapist licenseMaster's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited programStrong communication and collaboration skillsSchool-based or pediatric experience preferred, not requiredAbout Ampersand Therapy Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
