Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA. Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS Certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Experience providing outpatient-style and restorative therapy in a SNF environment preferred. Current documentation and electronic medical record experience preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility Shift Name: Days Shift Details: Days 0800-1630 Work Days: Sunday through Saturday (per VMS work days listing). Assignment Length: 14 week contract. Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week. Location Highlights Fall River, MA offers coastal history and accessible outdoor recreation. Providence, RI is about 20 minutes away by car, offering Amtrak and regional transit connections, theater districts, and urban dining.
