For more information, visit Position Summary ITE Management is seeking a motivated team member to support its intermodal platform across chassis and container leasing. This role supports the following areas: Asset management & performance Post-acquisition platform integrations Selective new investment diligence and execution Key Responsibilities Asset Management & Performance Track KPIs, utilization, and financial performance across chassis and container portfolios Support operating reviews and help track progress against key metrics Assist in identifying operational and commercial improvement opportunities Integration Execution Support workstreams across intermodal investment portfolio companies Support progress on systems, reporting, governance, and operating cadence Coordinate across internal teams and external partners Deal & Post-Close Execution Support investment due diligence and execution of add-on investments Support post-close execution plans and integration tracking Data, Reporting & Process Support the preparation of Board / IC materials and help maintain Delegation of Authority documentation Build and maintain dashboards and portfolio views Improve data integrity and reporting consistency Help develop workflows to support reporting and data processes Special Projects Support analysis of opportunistic asset sales Support fleet strategy and optimization initiatives 2–5 years in asset management, investing, banking, corporate finance, infrastructure, leasing, consulting, or a similar field Proactive and detail-oriented, with a willingness to take initiative Comfortable across finance, operations, and data analytics Able to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment with significant opportunity for growth Medical, dental and vision plans 401(k) plan Other employee perks #J-18808-Ljbffr ITE MGMT
