Physical Therapist Outpatient Setting Central Connecticut About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Physical Therapist

to join a well-established outpatient team in central Connecticut. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, provide personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a supportive team of healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.

Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, strength, and function.

Educate patients and families on exercises, recovery strategies, and wellness.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists for coordinated care.

Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.

Qualifications: Licensed (or eligible) Physical Therapist in the state of Connecticut.

Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered mindset.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Outpatient experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
