Job Summary
The organization is seeking a Respiratory Therapist Registered (RRT) for a full-time night shift position at a healthcare facility located in Salem, Massachusetts. The role involves working primarily overnight hours with the potential to rotate to day shifts when needed. Candidates are required to bring their active Respiratory Therapist license on the first day of employment.

Job Details

• Location: Salem, Massachusetts
• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts with Every Other Week (EOW) rotation; day position may rotate to 11a-11p when needed; night position is straight nights.
• Required Qualifications: Active Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist License; CRT or RRT certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC); Associates or Bachelors degree in respiratory therapy; two years of vent experience in an acute care setting; ability to draw arterial blood gases.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Staffing includes five Respiratory Therapists during the day shift, five on evenings, and four on nights. The day shift includes one charge therapist, two assigned to a 20-bed intensive care unit, and two to medical/surgical floors. Equipment used includes PB980 Ventilators and Hamilton T1 Transport Ventilators.
