We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Roofing Sales Associate to join a fast-growing roofing and storm restoration company serving homeowners throughout the Columbus market.

This is not an entry-level sales position. We are looking for proven closers who understand residential roofing, insurance restoration, and how to build trust quickly with homeowners.

• Compensation & Earning Potential

• 20% commission on gross profit

About the Role:

• Our team specializes in storm restoration and premium residential roofing solutions throughout the Columbus area.

• You'll help homeowners navigate insurance claims, identify storm-related damage, and deliver high-quality roofing solutions with integrity, urgency, and professionalism.

Successful candidates already know how to:

• Conduct roof inspections and identify storm damage

• Build trust and credibility with homeowners

• Navigate insurance restoration conversations

• Overcome objections with confidence

• Close deals in the home

• Leverage financing options to increase affordability and project value

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage a consistent sales pipeline

• Conduct residential roof inspections

• Identify storm-related and age-related roofing issues

• Educate homeowners on roofing systems and restoration options

• Guide customers through the insurance claims process

• Present solutions and close roofing replacement projects

• Utilize financing options to maximize close rates

• Maintain accurate records using CRM and sales management tools

• Develop referral relationships and self-generated business opportunities

• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three (3) years of residential roofing sales experience

• Proven track record closing roof replacement projects

• Experience with insurance restoration and storm-related claims

• Strong knowledge of residential roofing systems, installation methods, ventilation requirements, and common roofing defects

• Ability to perform roof inspections and clearly communicate findings to homeowners

• Demonstrated success incorporating financing solutions into the sales process

• Experience using CRM systems and sales management platforms

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively

Required Equipment:

Preferred Qualifications:

• HAAG Residential Roof Inspector Certification

• Willingness to obtain HAAG certification within a reasonable timeframe if not currently certified
