Job Overview A law firm seeks a Global Projects Construction Associate with at least three years of experience in drafting and negotiating construction contracts to join their office in Dallas, TX. The role primarily supports energy and infrastructure sector matters. Duties Draft and negotiate various construction contracts, including EPC, EPCM, BOP, and equipment supply agreements. Support energy and infrastructure projects with contract management and analysis. Collaborate with partners and manage deal teams effectively. Supervise junior associates and provide guidance as needed. Requirements Minimum of three years of relevant experience in construction contract drafting and negotiation. Experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors preferred. Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to interpret and synthesize complex information. Team-oriented with a commitment to professional development. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Texas or eligible for admission. Skills Excellent organizational and communication skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
