H&H Flooring is seeking a skilled and dependable Flooring Specialist to join our growing team. This position involves installing and refinishing a variety of flooring products, including hardwood, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), luxury vinyl tile (LVT), and laminate flooring. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality craftsmanship, works efficiently with a team, and maintains a professional attitude with customers.

Responsibilities.

Hardwood Flooring:

• Install unfinished and prefinished hardwood flooring.
• Repair damaged hardwood flooring.
• Sand, stain, and refinish hardwood floors.
• Apply sealers, finishes, and protective coatings.
• Complete detailed trim work and transitions.

LVP/LVT & Laminate Flooring:

• Measure, prepare, and level subfloors.
• Install LVP, LVT, and laminate flooring according to manufacturer specifications.
• Install transitions, moldings, and trim.
• Identify and correct subfloor issues before installation.

Job Site Responsibilities:

• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Complete projects according to company quality standards and production schedules.
• Assist with job site protection and final cleanup.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of flooring installation experience preferred.
• Experience with hardwood installation and refinishing strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of LVP, LVT, laminate, and hardwood flooring products.
• Ability to operate flooring tools and equipment safely.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience operating floor sanders and refinishing equipment.
• Experience with moisture testing and subfloor preparation.
• Ability to complete repairs, patches, and custom flooring work.
• Basic understanding of construction and remodeling projects.

Schedule:

• Full-Time.
• Monday–Friday.
• Occasional overtime as needed.
