POSITION SUMMARY

The primary function of this position is to provide support to staff throughout the credit union for questions and issues. Also responsible for completing scheduled processing within the core platform. Assists with maintaining the Symitar platform and integrated third party platforms.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Responsible for answering Systems Help Desk calls and working on assigned Systems Help Desk tickets.
• Assist with routine tasks including month-end/quarter-end/year-end or special requirements on the system and integrated third party platforms. This includes and is not limited to job files, reports, data files, member statements, credit report processing and tax files.
• Work within the Synergy and eSign platforms to provide efficient processes.
• Test new and revised programs and enhancements for various systems, including Symitar and integrated third party platforms. Work with end users on developing roll-out documentation for staff. Prepare enhancement summaries on key changes.
• Review, test and coordinate updates to Symitar, Synergy and eSign as provided from Jack Henry Associates.
• Work to maintain current and accurate procedures for the Information Systems Department.
• Provide back-up to other Information Systems Roles as needed.
• After-hours processing, updates and maintenance may be required.
• Required to participate in First Source Federal Credit Union events as well as designated Community events.
• Required to attend or participate in necessary compliance training, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy, OFAC, and Privacy.
• Required to attend training sessions as appropriate.
• Required to travel as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 1-3 years related work experience
• Familiarity with current vendor platforms
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Good communications skills
• Attention to detail
