Job Responsibilities Prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes. Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Provide quality, timely service, even during busy periods. Maintain a clean work environment, including workstation and dining area. Adhere to operational policies for cash handling, safety, and security. Anticipate and respond to guest needs. Engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide resort information.
