What You’ll Do:
• Diagnose & repair residential HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot complex heating & cooling issues
• Perform AC, furnace & heat pump service/repairs
• Educate customers on maintenance & system performance
• Recommend Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) solutions & upgrades
• Identify system replacement opportunities
• Participate in on-call rotation

What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting & diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools & service procedures
• Professional communication & customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces & all weather conditions
