Title Physical Therapist Location / Work Environment In‑facility Reporting Structure Reporting to Director of Rehab Responsibilities Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans. Deliver physical therapy to help patients regain strength, mobility, and function. Treat the whole patient, recognizing their unique goals and circumstances. Adapt treatment techniques to meet varying patient needs and settings. Collaborate with peers and refer patients for additional care as needed. Educate patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, or equivalent combination of a Master’s and a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. Master’s degree in a related field plus a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with at least five years of progressively responsible PT experience. Internationally earned Physical Therapy degrees evaluated as U.S. equivalents. Salary Range USD $43.00 - $50.00 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr Powerback Rehabilitation
