Proposal CoordinatorValidaTek is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator who will be responsible for all administrative aspects of proposal development—ensuring security and integrity of all proposal documentation, coordinating internal flow and review of all proposal inputs, and directing production of final master proposal.ResponsibilitiesEstablish the electronic file structure, archive, and back-up capability and procedures for all proposal materials on the team's server systemEstablish and document electronic proposal file access and tracking protocols for ensuring the security and integrity of all proposal documentationEstablish and maintain the storyboard (hard copy) walls and sections and control access to the proposal area and sensitive or proprietary materialsManage the production of draft and final text and graphicsDevelop a plan for the Red Team and final production cycles and resources requiredCoordinate the internal flow and review of all proposal inputs and outputsMaintain real-time development status of all proposal text and graphicsSupervise the daily operations of Graphic Specialists and Desktop PublishersAssist the Proposal Manager in developing the Red Team evaluation package and in recording, disseminating, and tracking suggested Red Team changesDirect the production, reproduction, and binding/packaging of Red Team proposal, final master proposal, and all hard/soft copiesAssist Client personnel in the securing/disposing of all proposal assets and resources and sanitizing the proposal facility upon delivery of the proposalOther reasonable and normal duties associated with the Proposal Coordinator position, as directed by the Proposal ManagerQualificationsBachelors degree in Information Systems, English, Communications, Liberal Arts, or related fieldA minimum of 2-4 years of RFP response and proposal development experience or editing and publishing experience is required2-4 years experience managing SharePoint sitesExperience with Desktop Publishing - preferredExperience with DoD and Federal proposalsExperience with managing/supporting the proposal development processFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and direction in a very dynamic work environmentProven ability to meet strict deadlines 100% of the timeExcellent organization/time management skillsExcellent use of the English language, strong writing skills, and an ability to solve problems quickly in a fast paced environment are required.Posted Min Pay RateUSD $65,000.00/Yr.Posted Max Pay RateUSD $90,000.00/Yr.Salary DisclosureActual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications. The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance.
