The hospital is actively seeking an experienced cardiac electrophysiologist for locum tenens coverage. This facility provides comprehensive cardiac care services with modern equipment and technology support. The position offers the opportunity to work within an established cardiology program with dedicated support staff.

Visitors and residents can enjoy outdoor activities in locations such as the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, along with entertainment venues and cultural destinations. The area provides year-round recreational activities including hiking, theme parks, and various entertainment options ranging from music venues to outdoor adventures.

The clinician will provide comprehensive cardiac electrophysiology coverage Monday through Friday with no weekday call responsibilities. Weekend call coverage occurs one in four weekends with 24-hour availability for general cardiac cases. The position requires managing 15-17 cases per day with 2-3 device procedures, utilizing the EPIC EMR system for all patient documentation and care coordination. Board certification in cardiac electrophysiology is required for this locum tenens opportunity.
